What are the power and brightness of the LED light? How many modes are there?

The LED lamp has a power of 4W and a brightness of approximately 350 lumens. It supports three modes: constant on, flashing and SOS. Press and hold the light button to switch between them.

How long does it take to fully charge with the fastest charging method? 

The PD100W fast charging takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge. The PD65W charger takes approximately 3.5 hours to fully charge.

What exactly does the IP67 waterproof rating marked on the product mean? In what scenarios can it be used?

IP67 means completely dust-proof and can be immersed in 1 meter of deep water for 30 minutes. It can be used in rainy days, wading camping, and damp outdoor environments without worrying about water damage.

When camping outdoors, how long can an LED light powered by the main battery and a wirelessly charged mobile phone last?

Total power = 4W (LED) +15W (wireless charging) =19W. Theoretical battery life = 153.92Wh×90%÷19W≈7.3 hours, which is sufficient for all-night camping.

Can both the main battery and the emergency battery be charged simultaneously during charging?

Sure. When charging, the main battery is charged first. Once the main battery is fully charged, it automatically replenishes the emergency battery without the need for manual switching.

Can the LED light of the product serve as an SOS distress signal? How to start?

Sure. In the LED light mode, double-clicking the button can switch to the SOS flashing mode (in line with the international distress signal frequency), and double-clicking again will restore normal lighting.

What specific parameters can the BMS battery management system of the product monitor?

Real-time monitoring of the voltage, total current, temperature and SOC (remaining power) of each battery is carried out, and the charge and discharge protection thresholds are controlled simultaneously to ensure battery safety.

Does it support solar charging? What power of solar panels does it need to be matched with?

It supports solar charging and needs to be paired with solar panels with an output voltage ranging from 5V to 20V. It is recommended to choose a 50W-100W specification to ensure charging efficiency and compatibility.

Can an external UPS module be connected to achieve uninterrupted power supply?

External UPS modules are not supported.

What is the waterproof rating of the product? Can it be used in rainy days or in damp outdoor environments?

The product does not clearly indicate the waterproof grade. It only supports daily splash protection. In rainy days, direct exposure to rain should be avoided. When used in outdoor damp environments, proper protection measures should be taken to prevent water ingress and short circuit.

Can it be used in parallel with other energy storage power stations?

Parallel use is not supported. There is a safety risk of voltage and current mismatch. If a larger capacity is required, it is recommended to choose a model with higher power.

What is the battery type and actual capacity of this product?

What safety protection functions does the product have?

It is equipped with multiple protections such as overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit, overload, over-temperature, reverse connection prevention and overvoltage, and is monitored in real time by the BMS system to ensure safe use.

Does the product have overheat protection?

It has overheat protection. If the temperature is too high, the operation will be suspended. It will resume once the temperature drops to a safe range.

What is the maximum power of the external board supported?

It supports external solar panels with a maximum power of 200W

Is the cost performance of this product high? Who is it suitable for?

It offers a relatively high cost performance and is suitable for self-driving camping enthusiasts, outdoor workers, users who need an emergency power supply at home, and families in areas with frequent power outages.

Can the device status be checked through the APP? Does it support intelligent control?

Currently, this model does not support APP connection or intelligent control. The device status needs to be checked through the indicator lights on the body or the display screen (if equipped).

Can an electric vehicle be charged in an emergency?

No, the charging power of the electric vehicle far exceeds the rated output of 1600W of the product, which cannot meet the charging requirements of the electric vehicle. It is only applicable to small electronic devices and household appliances.

Does the fast charging function of the product have any requirements for the equipment?

The fast charging function requires the device to support the corresponding fast charging protocol. If an phone does not support the fast charging protocol, it will automatically switch to normal charging (5V/2A), which will not damage the phone

Can power stations drive high-power household appliances such as refrigerators and air conditioners?

It needs to be matched according to the power of household appliances and the rated output power of the energy storage power station. For instance, the DS-S1600 (rated at 1600W) can drive refrigerators and small air conditioners (under 1 horsepower) with a power of less than 1000W. Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the power of the household appliance is ≤ the rated output power of the energy storage power station.

Why can’t the solar panel reach its rated power?

When a solar panel is in use, it’s normal for the actual power output to be lower than the rated power, as solar panel efficiency can be affected by factors such as sunlight intensity, panel temperature, the angle of sunlight exposure (ideally 90 degrees), the input limit of the device being charged, and environmental factors like tree or cloud shadows, dust, glass, dirt, or other obstructions. To get the best performance, test the panel in full sunlight, as cloudy weather can reduce its output, and make sure there are no shadows on the panel.

Is hand-crank power generation only suitable for emergency camping lights?

Yes, due to the limited power of hand-crank generation, a small backup battery is specially designed to provide power for emergency lighting. By turning the crank at a speed of 2 revolutions per second, it can power a camping light for 5 minutes with 1 minute of cranking.

Can the AC output socket of the machine be converted into other types of sockets?

Yes, you can go to a third-party platform to purchase another Plug Adapter; Note: The plug adapter only plays the role of a conversion socket, and the output voltage is still the same as the output voltage of the machine itself.
